Dr. LIU FANGHUA

Fanghua Liu, born in China, is a professional with a strong academic and international business background. He earned his degree in Modern Physics from the University of Science and Technology of China (1978), followed by a Master of Science and Technology in Technological Physics outside China (1979–1985), and completed a Ph.D. in Physics (1985–1989).
With extensive experience in engineering and business management, Dr. Liu began his career at Shenzhen SEG Group as an engineer (1989–1991), followed by managerial roles at Pacific Developing Co., Ltd. (1992–1999) and Magic Telecom Co., Ltd. (1999–2004).
Dr. Liu has supervised procurement activities in China for more than 20 years across multiple sectors, consistently focusing on sourcing only ultra-high-quality products from reputable manufactures. These products have been successfully delivered to clients in numerous countries.
He ensures that every UHQ Activewear product meets the strictest standards of durability, performance, and comfort and oversees:
